• Each customer is allowed to spin the wheel only once.
• Winning gift items cannot be exchanged for cash.
• For product exchanges, the regular exchange policy will apply.
• Spin chances are non-transferable and must be used immediately at the outlet.
• The spinning chance will be available only when a customer comes to the cash counter for billing.
