  • Do I have to sign up for an Twelve Clothing account to buy something at Twelvebd.com?
    • Yes you’ll have to. You can simply sign up with any of your valid
      email addresses.
  • What forms of payment does Twelve Clothing accept for online purchase?
    • You can make your payments in several ways

    2. Credit / DEBIT cards.

  • When will my credit card be charged?
    • Your credit card bill will be charged in accordance with your bank who
      provided your credit card.
  • What currency will my order be billed in?
    • Your order will be billed in BDT
  • Can I use Twelve Gift voucher as a mode of payment online?
    • No, our outlet gift vouchers cannot be used as a mode of online
      payment. However, you can use online promo codes issued by us to get discounts on your
      online payments.
